Will Wealthy Affiliate RIP YOU OFF?

Your Worth is Better in Your Own Hands!

As with any service or product, we want to know if they work and if they are of good quality. The assessment of Wealthy Affiliate is no different. How do you know Wealthy Affiliate won’t “RIP YOU OFF”? Well, one way of getting close to knowing is to research and find out as much as you can about a company and their services and products. Find out what everyone else is saying about that product and or service. Read reviews, company websites, forums, or try the product for yourself, especially if that option is available at no cost!

    Where Did We Leave Off?

Our last training: Lesson 8 Bootcamp Phase 2 – Building MORE Content using “Site Elaboration,” we learned that we ourselves are the MAIN SOURCES for content ideas. By building out our pages on our website with new content ideas collected from already existing posts/pages from our website. The act of coming up with new content ideas from already existing content is a method, concept, or technique, if I may, is called “site elaboration.”

Now on to our next training and lesson.

    Lesson 9 Bootcamp Phase 2.

“Write a Review and Share it”

It is shared that this lesson is very important. We have created a great deal of content on our website and we should understand that this lesson is going to be a big contributor to our success going forward.

This lesson emphasizes that we don’t have to worry so much about ranking with Google at this point. The reason is that we have already created a good amount of content on our website and in doing so this will be a great contribution to our success, Google will catch to us soon enough.

Within this lesson, it is explained that Google ranking will start to come very soon and in a very natural way (reason for not worrying about it, right now). The emphasis is on continuing to produce quality content on our website, writing about themed topics, and offering product reviews on our site.

    What about these reviews?

Just as I mentioned before in (lesson 4) I have already created a review on Wealthy Affiliate, but not in the format (lesson 4) trained us to do. In this lesson (#9) we are asked to write a review and share it. So, here is the opportunity to do another review on Wealthy Affiliate, in the format taught in (lesson 4). We are much further into the training than we were when I created my first review of Wealthy Affiliate and I am certain many aspects of this second review will be different from the first review I created.

How do you know if Wealthy Affiliate measures up to what they advertise?

There are much information and many reviews created and published on the web regarding Wealthy Affiliate. I can trust what everyone said, read quotes and even read others personal experiences regarding what they may know about Wealthy Affiliate. But I prefer to have my own experience with Wealthy Affiliate and this would also be my advice as well when really considering a product or service. Take and consider all available resources to help with your decision on a product or service, but nothing is better for a deciding factor than personal experience. If you are interested and it is possible to “try it first,” it is definitely a big deal and can be a serious determining factor.

    Review Approach

My goal is to consider all of the other published information regarding Wealthy Affiliate for the sake of research and to use it as comparisons to my own experiences (are the experiences the same?). Also, I have decided to create a different approach to my review of Wealthy Affiliate. See what and how I have decided to approach my “review” of Wealthy Affiliate:

Wealthy Affiliate Reviewed in Phases- What I Know Now!

The training we have received thus far specifically regarding how to create thoughtful, insightful reviews (lesson 9 Bootcamp phase 1), and creating reviews using targeted keywords (lesson 4 Bootcamp Phase 2) I have come to realize, we have come to realize (if you’re training alongside me) writing reviews are very important to the affiliate marketing industry.

Here’s my review of Wealthy Affiliate based on my review approach and my personal experience thus far in the training:

This lesson’s review =>=>Review of Wealthy Affiliate-Making Money?

Why are reviews so important to affiliate marketing?

This was my question, part of understanding is to know what is “Affiliate Marketing?”

Well according to Neil Patel who is a very successful digital marketing entrepreneur, “Affiliate Marketing is the process of earning a commission by promoting other people’s (or company’s) products”. So we find a product we like or maybe even love, we promote it to an audience that may have a similar interest in the product or service. We have an opportunity to earn a commission from the sale of that product or service.

According to Kyle  Marketing Chief and Co-Owner of Wealthy Affiliate, “Affiliate Marketing is the ability for us, as the affiliate, to promote millions of products and services through affiliate programs.” What is an affiliate program?

According to Kyle Co-Owner of Wealthy Affiliate, it is “automated technology” that allows us to promote products/services of other companies. So our goal as an affiliate is to drive traffic (readers/customers) to our websites and when that reader/customer buys something we are promoting, we earn a commission “(varying between 1% – 75% commission depending on the program).”

So we have great definitions of “Affiliate Marketing”

If I personally had to express my understanding I would say, if we are promoting a product or a service what better way than to express it in a review. Reviews if done thoughtfully, and insightfully, we can then state why, how, and what good and bad points/aspects of a product or service will contribute to the life of our targeted audiences

This lesson’s “REVIEW” is in the books, or should we say published on the net! Review of Wealthy Affiliate-Making Money? This also concludes this lesson.

Up Next: Lesson 1 Bootcamp Phase 3 – Making your Site Social

Now to answer the question: Will Wealthy Affiliate rip you off?

I have been training and learning through Wealthy Affiliate’s Program since Sept. 2018 (My Beginning). Unemployed with zero experience in the industry at all. What I had was what I researched and my research brought me to Wealthy Affiliate. In this short amount of time, I have trained and learned a great deal with much more to learn! So far at this stage of my training Wealthy Affiliate has far exceeded my expectations! I have a great website, a platform to share, Wealthy Affiliate’s community of members that I have had the pleasure of being exposed to are nothing short of amazing, and the support creates an encouraging arena for success! From where I started to where I am today, I would say WEALTHY AFFILIATE is the real deal!

      1. Diane, research is the key. Before I joined my group Wealthy Affiliate I did tons of research. Because of this I never got scammed.

The majority of reviews really indicated that this group was outstanding.

I did come across a few negative ones after having belonged for some months. These were pretty scathing. As I read them I found the majority were very much sour grapes. So many of their complaints were totally inaccurate. None of them have I ever encountered here.

I expect the moral I am noting is, do your research and read between and below the lines. Because WA works with as long as you put your effort in.

        Ciao

        • Hello Ciao,

Thank you for stopping by to read my article! When research is involved we will always ask if something is right for us. Research is the best way to answer or reach a determination on if something is or not right. As I mentioned in the article, Wealthy Affiliate is the real deal! The different reviews I had come across were helpful in terms of what to look for if I hadn’t thought about it myself. The main deciding factors surrounded my own personal experience with Wealthy Affiliate, I needed a vehicle that would assist with my goal of becoming an affiliate marketer. This was not going to be an easy task for me and I knew that I was going to need a program, lessons and or training that was going to put me in the best position to accomplish my goals. My training with Wealthy Affiliate has been nothing short of amazing! Just what I need for my level of understanding at this stage. Great place for beginners wanting to enter the industry and a perfect place for the more experienced to hone in on concepts and techniques that make perfect sense.

Thanks for visiting and please stop by anytime!
